Breaking new ground and launching a new division, the AIPP looked at creating a “teaser” that would introduce this vision.
Preface was asked to produce a video that would not only introduced this new “arm” but to make it captivating to its audience – the profession of photography. With the DSLR movement in video production, the profession of photography was bound to transition and embrace cinematography. Exploring how we could translate this message and using a metaphorical concept that gave meaning to “growth”, our team felt that the visual elements and storyline were crucial to make this a successful campaign.
Enlisting the talents of Tatjana Green from Brought To You By & Matt Scott from MTS Films and lead by Dean Morris from Preface who storyboarded the supporting imagery, we are proud to present this as the first introduction to Accredited Professional Video Producers. A special thanks also to Glen Mackay who came out to help with set-up of gear…very much appreciated.
